Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school population in Sonora, CA. This contract position provides full-time hours working with students across various grade levels within the district.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor student progress.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis.
  • Train and provide guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with district policies and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred.
  • Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to conduct assessments and provide clear communication with educators.
  • Comfortable using remote communication tools, such as Zoom, for meetings and interviews.

Position Details:

  • Location: Sonora, CA
  • Contract duration: Current school year through June 11, 2026
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
  • Remote interview process scheduled, with availability next week.
  • Immediate start preferred.
  • Supervision of paraprofessionals or related staff by the district is not provided.
