This position is ideal for a driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about developing effective behavioral interventions and collaborating within a school setting. Flexible scheduling options are available, with both full-time and part-time hours to meet your needs over the course of the academic year, August 2026 through June 2027.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active DE BCBA license is required
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with K-12 aged students is preferred
• Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Familiarity with participating in IEP meetings and supporting the design of behavioral goals and accommodations
• Strong communication skills for working with educators, families, and students
• Comfortable analyzing behavioral data and adapting interventions for student growth

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse K-12 caseload, delivering behavioral assessment, consultation, and intervention
• Complete FBAs, design and monitor BIPs, and support the implementation of evidence-based strategies
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating to shape positive student outcomes
• Provide ongoing guidance for teachers, support staff, and families to advance student success
• Collect, review, and interpret behavioral data to adjust strategies and interventions as needed
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive educational environment
