Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Current state BCBA License
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in special education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans
  • Familiarity with both push-in and pull-out service models

Location: Slidell, LA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral consultation and support to students with varying needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform practices
  • Support students through both push-in and pull-out services as required
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
