Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity for individualized behavioral assessments and effective intervention planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students in need of behavioral support
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide ongoing support, training, and consultation to school staff and parents
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to optimize outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Model evidence-based strategies and coach school personnel on best ABA practices
- Remain up-to-date with current research and regulations related to the field
