Job Description

A specialized role is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide focused support in a K-12 educational setting located in New Braunfels, TX. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply BCBA expertise with a direct and meaningful impact on individual student outcomes.

Job Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
Hours: 10 hours per week
Caseload: 1:1 student support
Age Group: 18+

Qualifications and Certifications:

  • TX BCBA Certification is required
  • Experience working in educational environments preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student behavior and intervention effectiveness
  • Provide consultation and guidance regarding behavior analysis to teachers and support staff
