Job Description

A K-12 school in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite contract position lasting the school year. This role offers the opportunity to apply evidence-based behavioral interventions across a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Providing training and guidance to school personnel on behavioral techniques and data collection.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and ethical standards.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA license.
