Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA License in California
  • PPS Credential
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze student behavior to develop tailored intervention plans
  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on site
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to assist in documentation and attend meetings
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of behavioral interventions
  • Provide training and guidance to staff and families regarding behavioral strategies
