Job Description
A full-time role is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within a K-12 school setting in Salinas, CA. This contract position spans the full school year, offering a dynamic opportunity to work onsite with a diverse student population.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering BCBA services to support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and the behavioral team.
- Conducting assessments and evaluations of students with behavior challenges.
- Collaborating with special education teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Supervising and guiding district behavioral staff to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications include:
- Valid BCBA license for California.
- PPS Credential is required.
- Experience in school-based behavioral support and working with diverse populations is preferred.
This full-time position requires 37.5 hours per week onsite and is targeted to begin as soon as possible, lasting through the academic year.
