A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide specialized support in schools located in Salem, NH. This role involves delivering in-person services to students with Autism and implementing Discrete Trial Training (DTT) throughout the school day. Immediate hiring for a contract position with Sunbelt offers a schedule of 30 to 32.5 hours per week, primarily focused on travel to school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students with Autism in a school setting
- Implement Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and other behavior intervention strategies during instructional time
- Offer real-time support for behavior challenges as they arise
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure consistency in behavior plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working with children with Autism in educational settings preferred
- Ability to travel to assigned school locations in Salem, NH
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with school staff and families
- Knowledge of current ABA methodologies and best practices
