Job Description

A school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in a K-12 school located in Woodbury, MN. This contract role spans the current school year, offering a 35-hour work week in a dynamic educational setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing behavior analytic support and intervention planning for students.
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior plans.
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to implement behavior strategies.
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with relevant policies.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Experience working in K-12 school environments preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining accurate records.
