Job Description

Providing specialized behavioral support in educational settings, this opportunity seeks dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work onsite within the Saint Louis, MO area. These full-time positions focus on delivering evidence-based interventions for K-12 students, supporting positive behavioral outcomes through direct service and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload at one location, working 40 hours per week with two openings at separate sites.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student success and behavioral improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Missouri BCBA license required.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations preferred.
  • Strong skills in conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and supervising RBT teams.
  • Ability to work onsite within the Saint Louis region.
