Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to support K-12 students in an onsite school setting in Saint Cloud, MN. This contract role spans the full school year and involves working directly with a diverse student caseload across grades K-12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessments.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective behavior management strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to school personnel on behavioral techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA license required.
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in an educational setting.
