Job Description

This full-time Behavior Analyst position offers the opportunity to provide specialized support to K-12 students within a school setting. The role involves working onsite in Saint Charles, MO, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including supervision and the development of intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering ABA services.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Manage caseloads across one location, with two openings available at separate sites.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support students' behavioral and educational goals.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and data collection to inform treatment progress.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Missouri BCBA license required.
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational settings.
  • Ability to supervise RBTs and lead behavior intervention efforts.
  • Strong skills in completing FBAs and designing BIPs tailored to individual student needs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
