Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in Maryland (MD)
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and implementing data-driven interventions
- Effective communicatorable to collaborate with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student behaviors and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Train and consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioral supports
- Deliver direct service to support a caseload within the elementary school's health room
- Maintain accurate records, collect data, and document progress toward behavioral goals
- Provide ongoing professional development and support for school staff
