Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Rochester, New Hampshire
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Rochester, NH for the 20262027 school year. This district-wide position offers the opportunity to support students across multiple grade levels while collaborating with educators and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Job Details
- Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Location: Rochester, NH
- Start Date: August 2026
- End Date: June 2027
- Schedule: MondayFriday
- Hours: Full-time, 3537.5 hours per week
- Assignment: District-wide
Caseload & Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support services to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Provide consultation and training to school staff on evidence-based behavioral practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support student success across the district
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Must meet all state and district requirements for school-based employment
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
