Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary students in a dynamic school environment located in Riverside, CA. This contract position is focused on delivering quality behavioral interventions and coaching for 3rd grade students, fostering positive developmental progress throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessments.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to promote effective behavior strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions.
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals and support staff involved in behavior programs.

Qualifications:

  • National BCBA certification is required.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Position Details:
