Job Description
We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an onsite contract position supporting pre-K12 students across the district.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Complete classroom and student observations
- Attend school meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise and mentor BCBA candidates
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- School-based experience preferred
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous supervision or mentorship experience preferred
