Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite opportunity with a supportive school district near Rancho Cucamonga, California for the 20262027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide behavioral consultation and coaching to teachers, support staff, and families

• Analyze behavioral data and make data-driven recommendations

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Ensure compliance with state and district special education requirements

• Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a variety of behavioral and developmental needs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification

• California Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility if required)

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for helping students succeed
