This full-time contract position centers on providing behavioral intervention and support, specifically targeting kindergarten and 1st grade students, while offering your expertise across the wider student population as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification required
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, analysis, and development of behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, students, and families
• Ability to support a diverse range of student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design evidence-based intervention strategies for K and 1st grade students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide ongoing training and support to school staff and teachers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in applied behavior analysis
• Support positive behavior interventions across all student populations as needed
