Job Description

A K-12 school in North Providence, RI is seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a contract position running through the end of the school year. This role supports students ages 5-22 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analytic services and intervention plans tailored for students with developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Oversee and provide supervision to support staff such as paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans based on data and observations.
  • Maintain compliance with district policies and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid BCBA licensure.
  • Experience working with school-aged children (ages 5-22) with Autism or developmental delays.
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate with support personnel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a school team environment.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

  • North Providence, Rhode Island

Additional Information:

  • Position duration: Contract through the end of the school year
  • Caseload includes one school site
  • Interviews will be conducted via Zoom in a panel/casual format.
