Job Description

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience in educational settings, preferably with young children
  • Strong familiarity with conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing/implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional growth

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and oversight for K-1 students requiring behavioral interventions
  • Complete timely and thorough FBAs to develop individualized BIPs
  • Train, supervise, and mentor RBTs delivering daily student support
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into classroom routines
  • Collect and analyze data to adjust and improve behavior plans as needed
  • Engage families and caregivers in understanding and supporting student behavioral goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
