Job Description

This full-time position spans the K-12 spectrum, focusing on providing support and strategies to enhance student learning and behavior from September 2, 2025, to June 26, 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with autism, required
  • Strong background in school-based behavior analysis
  • Ability to conduct testing and evaluations
  • Reliable transportation for working across multiple schools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Location: New York, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor BIPs
  • Provide training and support to educators on behavior management techniques
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student evaluations and progress
  • Deliver direct services to students requiring behavioral support
