Job Description
This position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support in a K-12 school setting located in New Britain, CT. The role is a full-time, contract opportunity covering a maternity leave from September 1, 2025, through November 28, 2025, with expected hours of 30-35 per week, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessments and data
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student needs
- Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor student progress
- Provide training and guidance to school staff regarding behavior strategies
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA license required
- Experience working directly with students in educational environments preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be able to work onsite full-time during the contract period
Location:
- Position based onsite in New Britain, Connecticut within a public K-12 school setting
