This position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support in a K-12 school setting located in New Britain, CT. The role is a full-time, contract opportunity covering a maternity leave from September 1, 2025, through November 28, 2025, with expected hours of 30-35 per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessments and data
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student needs
• Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor student progress
• Provide training and guidance to school staff regarding behavior strategies
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license required
• Experience working directly with students in educational environments preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be able to work onsite full-time during the contract period

Location:

• Position based onsite in New Britain, Connecticut within a public K-12 school setting
