Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract-based opportunity offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, all within a dynamic and collaborative school environment near Milford, DE.

Youll serve a diverse caseload, delivering behavioral assessments and hands-on interventions that contribute to student achievement. Daily, youll collaborate with educators, staff, and families, engaging in multidisciplinary partnerships to foster positive behavioral outcomes. Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Active DE BCBA licensure is required
  • Experience with K-12 children and adolescents preferred
  • Expertise conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and behavioral documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills for teamwork and data-driven decision-making

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage K-12 caseload, designing and supervising effective behavioral interventions
  • Develop and monitor individualized BIPs
  • Conduct FBAs to support targeted, evidence-based strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input for behavioral goals and accommodations
  • Analyze behavioral data and adapt approaches as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families for the best student outcomes
