A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available working with elementary students, kindergarten through 5th grade, in Marlborough, MA. This contract position spans the current school year, providing services Monday through Friday within a supportive elementary school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Provide training and supervision to paraprofessionals and staff regarding behavior interventions.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA license is required.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5) preferred.
- Strong assessment, data collection, and intervention skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
