Key Skills and Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience creating and overseeing behavior intervention plans in school settings
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Ability to mentor and guide paraprofessional and instructional staff
- Collaborative approach with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
What Youll Do:
- Conduct behavioral assessments for students and design individualized intervention strategies
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented plans and adjust as needed
- Train and supervise school staff in the implementation of ABA techniques
- Work directly with students to support their behavioral and academic growth
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and required paperwork
- Collaborate with educational teams to integrate positive supports into students learning environments
