Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity for a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support across K-12 settings. Serving an itinerant caseload in the Lowell and Marlborough, MA areas, the position supports a diverse student population throughout the academic year under a contract arrangement. The ideal candidate will bring strong BCBA skills applied in school environments, with the flexibility to travel between sites within the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualized behavior assessment and intervention services for K-12 students
  • Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavior plans
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide treatment
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and reporting

Desired qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience supporting K-12 school caseloads
  • Ability to work itinerantly and manage a part-time schedule effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children and school teams

Position location:

  • Primarily based in Lowell and Marlborough, Massachusetts with travel between sites
