Job Description

This full-time School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role offers the opportunity to support an elementary schools ASD program near Revere, MA. The position involves managing a caseload of approximately 40 students, with responsibilities extending beyond direct service to include assessments, consultation, and program development in a supportive, collaborative educational setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to implement evidence-based strategies.
  • Monitoring and analyzing student progress to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Providing training and supervision to paraprofessionals and other support staff.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall goals of the ASD program.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts BCBA credentials required.
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged children and ASD populations.
  • Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

This contract position follows the school calendar year, providing work aligned with the academic schedule. The location near Revere, MA allows easy access for professionals residing in the Greater Lowell area or surrounding communities.
