Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available to provide support within a middle school student services setting. This position is onsite in Laurens, SC, and is contracted for the duration of the school year. The role focuses on delivering applied behavior analysis services to support students' behavioral and educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for middle school students.
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor student progress and modify interventions as necessary to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and professional standards.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably middle school.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
