Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Masters degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with students with special needs, particularly in K-12 settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods in behavior analysis
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior modification techniques
• Monitor and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student behaviors and treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student progress and needs
