A contract opportunity is available for a skilled BCBA to work with K-12 students in a vibrant educational environment near Lakeville, MA. This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners and value collaborative, student-centered support. You will work 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, partnering with educational staff and families to implement effective behavioral strategies. Caseload details are to be determined, offering variety and growth in your day-to-day practice.

Qualifications:

• Valid MA BCBA credential is required
• Experience supporting a K-12 student population preferred
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention, data collection, and the development of individualized plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and a solution-focused approach in dynamic school settings

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to deliver evidence-based interventions
• Train and support school personnel in behavior management strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
