Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid IL BCBA credentials

  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Location:
Joliet, IL (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student needs and promote positive outcomes
  • Provide training and guidance to teaching staff on behavioral techniques and strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust BIPs as necessary
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
