A Behavioral Analyst Certified Board Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a contract position supporting an elementary school setting in Irvine, CA, focusing on 3rd-grade students. This role involves collaborating with educators and staff to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans that enhance learning and social outcomes for students.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
• Developing and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Training teachers and support staff on strategies to promote positive behavior
• Monitoring student progress and modifying interventions as necessary
• Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support

Qualifications:

• Current National BCBA certification is required
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
