Located in Henrietta, NY, this role offers an opportunity to work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a K-12 educational setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position requires a dedicated BCBA licensed in New York to support students across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students grades K-12
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to track student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in behavior management
Qualifications:
- Valid New York BCBA license required
- Experience working with K-12 students in school environments preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- 37.5 hours per week during the 2025-2026 school year
