Job Description

Located in Henrietta, NY, this role offers an opportunity to work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a K-12 educational setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position requires a dedicated BCBA licensed in New York to support students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students grades K-12
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to track student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in behavior management

Qualifications:

  • Valid New York BCBA license required

Work Schedule and Compensation:
