Job Description
A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for a K-12 school setting in Hartford, CT. This contract position spans from September 1, 2025, to November 28, 2025, with work hours of 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The caseload will be determined based on the programs needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive ABA services to students within the K-12 setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educational staff to ensure effective behavioral support
- Collect and analyze data to assess student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to behavioral services
Required Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license
- Ability to work on-site for the duration of the contract
- Experience supporting school-aged children in K-12 educational environments is preferred
