Make a meaningful impact across multiple schools as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a contract role near Harpers Ferry, WV. This onsite opportunity allows you to support students from pre-K through 12th grade, shaping positive behavioral outcomes and contributing to thriving school communities.

In this full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, you will play a vital part in supporting students, staff, and upcoming professionals. Leverage your expertise across a variety of settings while participating in collaborative meetings and providing guidance to aspiring BCBAs.

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA National Certification is required
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Strong observational, reporting, and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough FBA/BIP assessments and observations for assigned schools and caseloads
• Work with students from pre-K through grade 12, adapting approaches based on developmental and situational needs
• Participate in team meetings and provide consultative support as needed
• Oversee and mentor BCBA candidates as they grow professionally
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and reporting as required
