Job Description

This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential behavioral health services within a K-12 school setting in Fontana, CA. The position is a full-time, onsite contract running from now through May 28, 2026, offering a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. The role focuses on delivering Evidence-Based Behavioral Interventions and mental health support as part of an Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive behavior assessments for students across grades K-12
  • Designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
  • Training and collaborating closely with school staff to ensure proper plan execution
  • Monitoring behavioral data regularly and making data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies

To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a valid California BCBA credential and have experience working in educational settings to support diverse student populations.
