Job Description

Take your career to the next level as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students throughout the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers flexibility with either full-time or part-time scheduling, and you'll have the chance to make a meaningful difference by serving K-12 students in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse K-12 caseload, delivering behavioral assessment and direct intervention services
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop/monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Analyze behavioral data and continuously adapt strategies to help students succeed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote consistent positive behavioral outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings with a focus on developing and updating behavioral goals and accommodations
  • Offer guidance and support to educational teams for best practice behavioral interventions

Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware BCBA license required
  • Experience working with children and adolescents across K-12 settings (school-based expertise preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for supporting multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to implement, review, and adapt evidence-based behavior interventions effectively
  • Skill in data-driven decision-making and report preparation
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and student advocacy
