Job Description

Located in Henrietta, NY, this full-time contracted position offers the opportunity to work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a K-12 school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. The role provides 37.5 hours per week supporting students across all grade levels in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior analytic services tailored to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data to create individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet student needs effectively
  • Provide training and consultation to school personnel on best practices in behavior management

Qualifications:

  • Valid New York BCBA License
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong skills in applied behavior analysis techniques and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
