Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year. This district-wide position offers the chance to make a significant impact on students and staff across multiple sites, as you deliver advanced behavioral expertise and guidance. Youll work in person, collaborating closely with school teams to strengthen behavior and autism programs and support positive student outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active BCBA certification valid in Colorado
  • Active CDE credentials
  • Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and crafting effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Background in supporting individuals with autism and managing behavioral programs in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and supervisory skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide district-wide support to building staff in addressing student behavioral needs
  • Supervise and mentor 2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Consult and assist with development and implementation of FBAs and BIPs
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and district policies related to behavior supports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive and inclusive learning environments
  • Serve as an expert resource and deliver trainings or workshops as needed
  • Support and enhance programming for behavior and autism programs across several school sites

This full-time, onsite role runs from early August 2026 to late May 2027 and offers a chance to be the driving force behind best-practice behavioral interventions, affecting change on a wide scale.
