A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Eden Prairie, MN. This contract position offers a chance to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to support student development in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to implement and monitor effective strategies.
- Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Experience working within K-12 school environments preferred.
- Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention design, and data collection.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to commit to a 35-hour workweek during the academic year.
