Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Valid state licensure in Behavior Analysis, as required

- Ability to supervise RBTs or other support staff as needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven intervention strategies
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans for students of varying ages
- Provide training and ongoing support to classroom staff and support personnel
- Regularly analyze behavioral data and adjust plans as appropriate
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district and ethical standards
- Engage in IEP team meetings to share insights and guide best practices
