What you'll bring:

  • Active DE BCBA certification (required)
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations
  • Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing/implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Proficiency in data analysis to inform and adapt interventions
  • Ability to participate in IEP meetings and support the formation of behavioral goals and accommodations
  • Collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and consultative abilities

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students, providing behavioral assessment and intervention services
  • Develop and monitor BIPs, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Conduct FBAs and collaborate in designing comprehensive behavioral supports
  • Take an active role in IEP meetings by advising on behavioral accommodations and progress
  • Work closely with educators, parents, and school staff to encourage positive behavior change and academic achievement
  • Track, analyze, and report on student progress to continuously improve interventions
