School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Dallas, TX
Position Type: Contracted (Full-time or Part-time)
Caseload - K-12th Grade (5-8 Schools)

BCBA Job Overview:
We are seeking a BCBA to provide behavior analytic services to students in a school setting in the Dallas,TX area. This contracted role offers the opportunity to work directly with students, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support student success.

BCBA Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

  • Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans

  • Provide training and guidance to support staff on behavior management strategies

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

BCBA Qualifications Required:

  • Current BCBA certification

  • Must have BCBA school's experience
