Youll work closely with students ranging from kindergarten through high school, providing critical support and guidance in behavior management through evidence-based practices. Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience in a school-based setting or with children/adolescents preferred
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Commitment to best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 5075 students identified for behavioral support, including 815 intensive behavior cases
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to ensure student success
  • Document progress and outcomes effectively
