Youll work closely with students ranging from kindergarten through high school, providing critical support and guidance in behavior management through evidence-based practices. Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience in a school-based setting or with children/adolescents preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Commitment to best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 5075 students identified for behavioral support, including 815 intensive behavior cases
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to ensure student success
- Document progress and outcomes effectively
