Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across K-12 grade levels. Located near Fort Worth, TX, this full-time, contract position runs from 8 AM to 4 PM, providing a structured schedule for dedicated professionals. You'll make a significant impact by conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and crafting individualized behavior intervention plans.

This role involves working with 5075 students needing various levels of behavior support, including approximately 815 children with intensive behavioral needs. Collaboration and expertise are vital as you liaise with staff and families to ensure that best-in-class behavioral approaches are delivered to every student.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Adaptability to work with students of varying ages and behavioral presentations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and create data-driven, individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with special education staff, school psychologists, and families to ensure effective implementation of interventions
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust strategies based on student progress
  • Offer ongoing training, coaching, and support for school staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of behavior plans, assessments, and outcomes
