Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and analysis
  • Proficiency in developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses for students
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing training and support to teachers and classroom staff
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support families in understanding behavior strategies and progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records as required by the school
