Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is available for the current school year, starting ASAP through May 29, 2026. This contract position is located onsite in Concord, CA, serving K-12 students in a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress. The BCBA will manage a caseload of K-12 students, ensuring individualized, evidence-based practices that promote positive behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid California BCBA license
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings
  • Strong skills in behavior assessment and intervention planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
