Location: Charles Town, West Virginia area
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
School Year: August 2026 - May 2027

Job Responsibilities
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and behavioral observations across assigned schools
- Support students across PreK-12th grade with individualized behavioral needs
- Analyze behavior data and develop effective intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and school teams to support student outcomes
- Provide recommendations and guidance related to behavior management and intervention plans
- Monitor progress and adjust behavioral supports as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to student services
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data collection
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting student growth and success
