A part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for an itinerant role serving a K-12 caseload in the Marlborough, MA area. This contract position provides services across multiple school settings, offering a dynamic and varied work environment throughout the current school year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to students needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly to support positive educational outcomes.
- Provide training and consultation to school personnel to promote effective behavior management.
- Maintain compliance with state and district regulations, as well as professional ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience serving K-12 school-aged children with diverse behavioral needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within school teams.
- Ability to manage a caseload itinerantly, traveling between schools in the Marlborough area.
